As an Account Executive for Customer Experience Solutions at NTT Data Business Solutions, I work with B2C and B2B clients to understand the pain points they currently experience in serving their customers, while helping them to leverage SAP solutions for meeting new customer demands for mobility, self-service and order visibility. Having worked across enterprise technology as a consultant and solutions engineer over the past decade, with a particular focus on SAP’s suite of ERP and CX solutions, I’m focused on enabling digital customer solutions that extend ERP investments to increase customer intimacy, provide relevant experiences, and uncover new revenue channels. To deliver the best possible results for our clients, my approach is to develop a comprehensive understanding of a company’s culture and who their customers really are. This enables me to create a partnership in which we’re both invested in creating a truly customer-centric business that leverages the next generation of CX capabilities for creating an advantage.
