In my current role, I take a meticulous approach to troubleshooting hardware and software challenges for both internal teams and external clients. I manage custom Linux RHEL servers and Azure cloud services, collaborating with development and product teams to identify patterns in user issues. This collaboration helps me suggest improvements that enhance application stability, usability, and performance. I also oversee application configurations for a variety of third-party and internally developed solutions, ensuring they align with security requirements and implementing necessary cybersecurity measures. As the primary contact for tier 2 and 3 support, I focus on fostering positive experiences, gathering valuable feedback, and contributing to a comprehensive knowledge base for continuous improvement.In my previous role as an IT Specialist at Seven Hills Foundation, I supported and maintained IT systems, including Electronic Health Records software as well as Microsoft Hardware and Software systems. I troubleshoot technical issues and provide tailored support to staff with varying technological backgrounds, ensuring efficient operations of IT systems. I also ensure compliance with regulations and data security standards while performing network diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and fix connectivity, configuration, and performance issues. I am passionate about cloud and cybersecurity, I have graduated from Bridgewater State University in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a minor in mathematics where I have maintained a 3.7 GPA and made the dean's list every semester. I have participated in a MassCyberCenter Mentorship to gain valuable experience with a mentor from the field in my time at BSU. And I have got a head start on certifications and experience in the field. I have also completed internships at CyberArk, where I have assisted Privilege SaaS customers with service requests and technical issues, and performed backend work in the SaaS environment. Additionally, I have obtained the CompTIA Sec+, Google Cybersecurity Professional, ISC2 - CC, Microsoft AZ-900, and CyberArk certifications, demonstrating my proficiency and interest in cloud and cybersecurity.
