About Ryan Lavache

A little about me. Currently, I am a senior program manager within Teladoc Health’s product operations space. Here, I lead enterprise-wide programs which contribute to large-scale business objectives. My main focus is to ensure our new products launch on-time, in-scope and within our designed guardrails. Prior to joining Teladoc, I held various roles within Cigna; all of which I was able to leverage my skillsets around organization, project/program management, strategy design and problem solving. I have an extensive background in fitness, strength & conditioning, and health & wellness which has supported my current endeavors in the project management space nicely. Leveraging my fitness focused past, I've been able to bring over my experience driving results, leading large teams, designing strategic plans and bringing forth a winning mentality. Learning is very important to me! I have an MBA with a concentration in project management, an MS in exercise sport science, my PMP from PMI, Scaled Agile SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master cert, and a Green Belt in Six Sigma. And I'm excited to continue expanding here.
