Experienced and self-driven leader with over 17 years in the oilfield industry. My career journey began at Baker Hughes (Downhole Tools) in Red Deer, Alberta, where I have since gained a comprehensive understanding of operations, reliability, maintenance, technology, engineering, project management, asset management, supply chain, and IT through various roles. I am a passionate leader, committed to fostering positive work environments through effective communication and collaboration with team members across the organization. I am currently based in The Woodlands, Texas, where I am managing all new manufactured equipment deployment to operations, including BJ Energy's groundbreaking TITAN Turbine Driven Pumps. I am dedicated to revolutionizing the industry through electrification and emissions reduction by implementing cutting-edge innovations to drive success and exceed industry ESG goals. I am proud to have accepted the World Oil Award for Best Completion's Technology in 2022 on behalf of BJ Energy. This recognition is a testament to the hard work, innovation, and excellence of our team and a true honor to be acknowledged globally.
