My career journey began at Baker Hughes (Downhole Tools) in Red Deer, Alberta, where I have since gained a comprehensive understanding of operations, reliability, maintenance, technology, engineering, project management, asset management, supply chain, and IT through various roles. I am a passionate leader, committed to fostering positive work environments through effective communication and collaboration with team members across the organization. In addition to my expertise in oilfield operations, I am deeply passionate about streamlining business processes through systematic approaches. By implementing efficient systems and optimizing workflows, I aim to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth. I am proud to have accepted the World Oil Award for Best Completion's Technology in 2022 on behalf of BJ Energy. This recognition is a testament to the hard work, innovation, and excellence of our team and a true honor to be acknowledged globally.
