Ryan Leicher has been integral to the FNB family for 23 years. His journey began in when he joined the bank as a customer service representative. Back then, Ryan was just a fresh-faced college graduate eager to start his career in banking. Over the years, Ryan worked his way up the ranks, taking on different roles and responsibilities. He proved himself a hardworking and dedicated employee, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Ryan's passion for banking and his commitment to excellence was noticed, and he was soon promoted to Customer Care Consultant / Branch Manager. As a Customer Care Consultant / Branch Manager, Ryan led his team enthusiastically and determinedly. He always sought ways to improve processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth. Ryan's leadership skills were exceptional, inspiring his team to deliver outstanding results year after year. In 2012, Ryan was offered a new challenge – to lead the bank's training and development department. As a Training Manager, Ryan had the opportunity to leverage his skills and experience to help employees at all levels of the organization grow and develop. He designed and implemented training programs tailored to the needs of different departments and employee groups. He worked closely with senior leaders to ensure that training aligned with the bank's strategic objectives. Ryan's impact on the bank was significant. He helped create a continuous learning and improvement culture and played a critical role in developing the bank's talent pipeline. His efforts improved employee engagement, higher retention rates, and increased productivity. After 23 years of service, Ryan remains committed to FNB's success.
