About Ryan Lepak

Though early in my career, the opportunities I've had thus far coordinating complex, multidisciplinary research between Federal, State and University partners has afforded me unique insights into how to balance a multitude of challenges with research, politics and life. This exposure along with my wonderful mentors (and teammates) have allowed me to grow in new and better ways as both a researcher and individual. I am very appreciative of these people and our collective adventure into this fascinating and relevant research thus far. Looking forward, I am excited for the next challenging opportunity. While I may not know what the future holds, I am certain that my past experiences, insatiable hunger for knowledge and strong passion for excellent science will allow me to continue to learn and grow as a scientist that is eager to make critical discoveries for my community (locally and in science). To that end, I encourage all who might be interested professionally and personally to reach out. Hopefully you'll leave our meeting with the impression that I am genuinely interested in you, your thoughts and your experiences because it is those personal connections that allow us all to grow as individuals.
