About Ryan Lewis

With over five years of retail management experience, I am currently an Executive Closing Team Leader at Target, one of the largest and most reputable retailers in the country. I oversee the daily operations and sales performance of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and store readiness. I also lead and develop a team of over 20 associates, including 10 direct reports, and have trained 10 peers to become future leaders of Target. My core competencies include operational activities, store management, customer service, sales, and cashiering. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, which I use to generate reports, monitor inventory, and manage budgets. I have an Associate of Arts degree in Marketing from Broward College, which provides me with a solid foundation in marketing principles and strategies. My goal is to leverage my skills and credentials to drive sales growth, operational excellence, and team engagement at Target.
