Engineering & Project Operations Leader with over 12 years of experience in data centre M&E design, project delivery, and departmental management.I specialise in leading multidisciplinary teams covering project management, engineering, and drafting functions, ensuring that complex data-centre builds are executed seamlessly from design through commissioning. My experience spans consultancy, contractor, and owner interface roles — allowing me to bridge technical, commercial, and operational aspects effectively.Known for strong technical problem-solving and planning, I have led end-to-end data-centre projects of up to 3 MW, coordinating with consultants, vendors, and clients to deliver technically robust and reliable systems.I’ve headed the project, engineering, and drafting departments, driving workflow improvements, mentoring engineers, and implementing systematic project planning and resource allocation processes. In a recent project, I’ve successfully designed, coordinated, and implemented a complete Building Management System (BMS) by integrating multiple vendor inputs and aligning them with the consultant’s tender framework — achieving a fully functional, optimised system from concept to commissioning.I take pride in solving complex challenges that bridge design intent and site execution, and I’m passionate about technical excellence, team development, and continuous improvement in data-centre project delivery.
