Submitted a proposal for the purchase of training aids resulting in the FUSD(Fremont Unified School District) and City of Fremont gaining thousands of dollars worth of training aids greatly expanding their training capabilities-Investigated over 70 high-profile incidents involving violent crimes, sexual assault, and crimes against children-Worked on numerous time-sensitive investigations that required work outside the average working hours-Organized Detectives and Law Enforcement officials to investigate the online sexual exploitation of numerous children over the course of 4 months-Worked with social media companies, local community colleges, and out-of-county law enforcement agencies-Worked in conjunction with NCMEC (National Center for Missing and Exploited Children), ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children), and have worked with Canada through the NLET (National Law Enforcement Treaty) during sex crime investigations resulting in the clearance of dozens of investigations-As acting supervisor of the Tactical Emergency Medical Support(TEMS) team worked with my team during dozens of training days and events resulting in increased capabilities and effectiveness-Worked with the Fremont Unified School District (FUSD) to purchase training aids and equipment-Completed purchase requests and as a result, increased the City of Fremont's training capability-As a Field Training Officer, Trained over 10 people during a 5-6 week daily training session for each individual-Worked with the Special Services Unit(SSU) Supervisor to test and evaluate new equipment-Authored purchase requests and gained equipment to expand the SSU's capablities-Consistently worked in hazardous conditions as a Helicopter aircrew member completing tasks and objectives that were time-sensitive and critical to the function of my department-Held a security clearance and knew the importance of following all policies and guidelines related to that clearance-As a team leader and supervisor, I regularly communicated with my team to make sure the tasks we needed to complete were clear and made myself available at all times to answer any questions, provide guidance, and oversee the successful completion of the tasks-Presented with multiple awards for working in hazardous conditions as well as during humanitarian and rescue operations in Indonesia.
