Ryan learned in his role as a Financial Margin Analyst client relationship management and rapid problem solving skills that have suited him throughout his career. He became knowledgeable in all FINRA and SEC regulations for trading in margin trading and how to target potential “at risk” accounts before violations occur. His ability to clearly communicate issues to management came from his time leading the weekly risk reporting to the Pershing executives. In accounting & finance, Ryan learned the foundation of a business lies in strong book keeping and analysis. He became an expert working with complex spread sheets, book balancing, time management and organization. These skills have proved to be invaluable across all channels of business.
