A result driven professional with 31 years of progressive experience in the criminal justice field capped with a solid background in the criminal judicial system engulfing evidence collection, interviewing techniques, surveillance, threat assessments, courtroom testimony, criminal law, report writing, tactical preparation and awareness. Expert in creating instructional learning curriculum & development trainer with competence in instructional systems design, delivery, eLearning and program management. Expertise is comprised of the following experience: Conducted high-risk operational briefings to other Drug Enforcement Agents (DEA), Task Force Officers (TFO), Special Weapons and Tactical Teams (SWAT) and the command staff. Severally assigned as the acting DEA Group Supervisor to oversee a team of 6-10 agents. Appointed case agent for over 45 tactical operations responsible for directing and controlling anywhere from a team of 6 to a team of 20 agents, federal and state SWAT team members, and patrol personnel. Testified in federal and state court as a “Court Qualified Narcotic Expert” in over 20 cases involving drug related offenses. Liaise with local, state and federal agencies to combat human trafficking, labor trafficking, pimping, pandering, prostitution and other sex crimes within San Diego County and throughout the United States. • Search through social media escort websites in an attempt to identify victims of human trafficking. Conduct undercover operations for the purpose of identifying and arresting predators Team lead and Case Agent for many tactical operations to include: Arresting Human traffickers and Rescuing trafficking victims, Undercover, Parole/Probation searches, Search/Arrest warrants, Buy/Bust and reverse sting operations. San Diego Human Trafficking Task Force (SDHTTF) and was the lead District Attorney Investigator (DAI) assigned to the Task Force.
