I am a Senior Business Analyst working in the financial industry. For fifteen years I have worked for the same employer in a variety of roles covering quality assurance, application development, technical writing, and business analysis across regulatory change and continuous improvement. I enjoy working on projects that improve the experience for our customers, and projects that simplify processes for our employees. I find the problem solving interesting, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations very rewarding. It drives me to make a difference. For six years I have been a contributing member of our community committee, raising funds for local charities. I get great pleasure in giving back and feel privileged having had this opportunity. I seek new challenges with an employer that is values driven.
