Currently, I am a Trustee for the Board of Trustees of the Employees Retirement System of the City of St. Louis; and a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Division of Recruitment and Examination of the Department of Personnel for the City of Saint Louis, Missouri where I specialize in searching out and recruiting a number of subject matter experts by following standardized processes to screen and select the best candidates for jobs and ensure compliance with all governmental and client employment specifications including daily rates, salary verifications, and education verification. I am also a leader in various professional, fraternal, civil, and civic organizations. I am an author, and a perpetual scholar. All of these attributes allow me to maintain my various professional and personal goals of enhancing my organization’s mission toward my community while growing professionally in my fields of expertise simultaneously.
