About Ryan MacArthur

Over the years that I have been working I have picked up on some traits of my veteran co-workers and ones taught in College. I have learned what things need to be communicated and to whom. With college classes I was shown how to communicated the information between the different levels of associates. I have an aptitude for being diligent and determined with all my work. Some skills I have learned have been centered around the costumers. This knowledge includes the ability to determine their needs, assisting in acquiring the merchandise, handling complaints, as well as general costumer satisfaction. I have continued to invest a large amount of time to learning how to work with people. This includes being a team member or a team leader. I have also learned to be able to evaluate and execute the needs of the company as a whole. The rest of my skills are based in my development, these include the ability to quickly learn my responsibilities, being able to go above and learn other abilities to ease my job and others, and the skill to evaluate what can be done to improve my skills and knowledge for that job. Job specific skills include but are not limited too; Five years of experience with clerical work for management. Was also the receptionist for their customers as well. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft and Macintosh applications and functions. I have a working understanding of Fedora and Ubuntu Operating Systems. I have four years of work experience in general accounting and another two of Collage classes. This includes A/R and A/P and maintaining a General Ledger. I have been my own supervisor in many job positions reporting to site managers directly. I also directly supervised a staff of 10 covering three departments. With 10 years of experience in customer service, I am highly skilled in interpersonal communication and customer satisfaction. I am capable of greeting and closing with all types of customers. I also have training with electronic and telecommunications.
