Over the years that I have been working I have picked up on some traits of my veteran co-workers and ones taught in College. I have learned what things need to be communicated and to whom. With college classes I was shown how to communicated the information between the different levels of associates. I have an aptitude for being diligent and determined with all my work. Some skills I have learned have been centered around the costumers. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft and Macintosh applications and functions. I have a working understanding of Fedora and Ubuntu Operating Systems. I have four years of work experience in general accounting and another two of Collage classes. This includes A/R and A/P and maintaining a General Ledger. I have been my own supervisor in many job positions reporting to site managers directly. I also directly supervised a staff of 10 covering three departments. With 10 years of experience in customer service, I am highly skilled in interpersonal communication and customer satisfaction. I am capable of greeting and closing with all types of customers. I also have training with electronic and telecommunications.
