About Ryan MacHeska

M.Ed. in Biomechanics from the University of Texas at Austin I am a strong advocate for health and fitness. I believe that people need to take care of themselves to produce a happier lifestyle and a stronger work ethic. A strong body and mind with moments of rest can go a long way in any field. I myself maintain an active lifestyle whenever possible. Racing in the collegiate circuit in triathlons, I suffered some serious injuries that led to some dark times. I thankfully bounced back, am stronger than ever, and now enjoy spending my time outdoors at any moment. I am now usually on the rugby field, at the gym, or out on a hiking trail. I am overall a hard worker. I take into account that it is my name that is displayed for my work and I typically give it all that I can. I easily adapt to new situations and am a quick learner. I hate not knowing things or feeling inadequate, so I am always looking to better myself and spread my knowledge and skills.
