In my 3 year NHS recruitment experience journey, I’ve learned that every candidate has a story worth telling. Working at the London Ambulance Service has allowed me to connect with passionate individuals who are eager to make a difference. I’m proud to provide a first-class recruitment service that not only meets the needs of hiring managers but also supports candidates in finding their ideal roles and joining the NHS with a commitment to make a difference to patients life who require integrated and emergency support, 24/7. Before joining the London Ambulance Service, I spent time at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust where I had the opportunity to cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and a wide range of stakeholders alike. My role as a Recruitment Assistant taught me how vital it is to approach each interaction with empathy and understanding qualities that are essential when navigating recruitment challenges. During my tenure in various administrative positions across different NHS trusts, I kept my focus on improving processes and enhancing patient access. For instance, while managing referrals according to the 18-week pathway, I ensured timely appointments for patients while maintaining compliance with national standards. This experience has given me insight into how crucial effective recruitment is to delivering quality care. When I'm not diving into recruitment strategies or supporting candidates through their journeys, you can find me volunteering at local health initiatives or participating in community outreach programs. These experiences have enriched my perspective on healthcare delivery and further fuelled my passion for helping others.
