About Ryan Marcus

I was on a mission to save our nation and our economy as best as I possibly could. I was going to make a change on a global scale. It wasn’t long before reality checked in. After enrolling in a Macroeconomics course in the fall of 2014, I was informed just how disastrous the United States financial crisis was. It was then and there that I felt if anything was going to be done about this extreme situation, it had to start somewhere. So why shouldn’t it be me? I always knew that I was meant for the business world, that I wanted to help people, be remembered for something, and make a difference in people’s lives. Naturally, this task was the perfect test for someone with these goals in mind. After consulting with different advisors, mentors, and professors, I quickly learned that I was taking on a task that may be too much for one individual. I also found another field which met all of those goals I set for myself with the help of my mentors. Today, I focus my studies on Human Resource Management. This is a field where I can make an impact on individuals, be remembered for improving different companies, and making impacts on multiple lives throughout different organizations. I spend plenty of time getting to know the styles of many different business professionals and their different cultures. I also keep note of all my mistakes and learn from the mistakes of others, in hopes that I can carry those values to my future. Human Resources Management is my passion, and it’s how I plan on making an impact on my community.
