About Ryan McCabe

Partner Ryan M. McCabe is a dedicated advocate for clients in a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters. “Strategic, creative, and practical” are three words his clients have used to describe his approach to the effective protection of their interests. Ryan’s practice includes matters involving real estate, title insurance, construction, corporate, contract, banking/finance, and professional liability issues. Regardless of whether his clients are individuals or Fortune 100 companies, Ryan tirelessly works to resolve their objectives. Ryan has successfully tried numerous cases to conclusion, handling everything from preparing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions, and preparing pleadings and briefs at the federal and state trial and appellate levels, including the United States and Louisiana Supreme Courts. His significant experience in the courtroom has led to a position as an Associate Professor of Trial Advocacy at Tulane University Law School, where he teaches litigation and trial skills to second- and third-year law students.
