About Ryan McCafferty

I’ve worked in the communication and technology industry for over 20 years. In the past two years, I served as a Business Analyst for products designed to manage end-to-end fleet transactions within the fuel industry. Prior to this position, I worked seven years as a software QA analyst for the same products. I’m consistently improving my skills in software development, data analysis, hardware maintenance, and technical support and was promoted multiple times for doing so. My job required me to work closely with development, product owners, and project managers in an agile scrum environment ensuring that software improvements and bug fixes were delivered on schedule while providing a viable product for the customer. During my time at PDI Technologies, I completed my Associates degree in Information Technology. I work well with others and have managed small teams. Given the opportunity, I'm confident that I can perform and excel at any task set before me. I have a great work ethic and always work diligently for my employer. It’s my intention to treat others as I would like to be treated and I maintain a positive and influential attitude.
