Ryan is the founding Partner of AGRO Advisory Group, a management consulting company with emphasis on facilitating profitable sales growth. Ryan's expertise is in business strategy, sales growth strategy, sales performance development training, and major account deal procurement where his work is credited with driving multiple growth awards. Ryan has been a change agent for over 200 companies across virtually every industry and led multi-year performance development engagements with Shell Energy, American Airlines, Emerson Process Management, SPX, Corning, and National Instruments. He is frequently described by executive leadership as a pivotal change agent both through enhancing strategic direction and a commanding presence as a facilitator with demanding audiences in complex environments. Ryan received his Executive MBA from SMU's Cox School of Business where he graduated as Salutatorian. He received his undergrad from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business where he played mens' tennis and was recognized as an Academic All-American.
