About Ryan McCoy

With over a decade of experience in retail management, I specialize in inventory control, team leadership, and operational efficiency. At RITE AID, I consistently prioritized creating a safe, welcoming environment for customers and employees while ensuring operational excellence. I am passionate about empowering teams through mentorship and fostering a culture of collaboration to meet organizational goals. My mission is to streamline processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute diverse perspectives to any team I join. At RITE AID, I managed daily operations, financial planning, and employee development for over nine years. Collaborating with teams, I successfully optimized labor scheduling and implemented performance reviews to drive both individual and store-wide success. My hands-on approach to inventory and cash control ensured fiscal responsibility, while my proactive communication style enabled the team to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
