About Ryan McElwain

I have completed core courses including business intelligence, cloud infrastructure, enterprise data management, operations management, constructing cloud applications, internet communications, e-commerce, the legal foundation of information security and privacy law, cryptology, cybersecurity, and project management. I possess a robust technical skillset in programming languages such as Java, C++, HTML, and SQL, as well as software such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, Excel, MySQL Workbench, SAP, ArcGIS Pro/Online, and Overleaf. My work experience includes roles such as a Tractor Supply Company team member, a FedEx package handler, and a facilities engineer at Coupling Corporation of America. During these roles, I developed excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, which will be valuable in my future endeavors. In my extracurricular activities, I have been an active member of the York College Men's Soccer Team, where I played as a Left Wing / Right Wing / Attacking Midfielder. This has enabled me to develop the communication and leadership skills required to work effectively within a team. I am passionate about exploring new technologies and developing innovative solutions to complex business problems. I am eager to apply my technical knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to contribute to the success of an organization.
