I am a Colorado State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance. This degree has allowed me to study all aspects required in the business professional world, while also building my knowledge and skills in asset valuation, investments, and global finance. I am passionate about this field because it provides the opportunity to make a difference for numerous people and provides opportunities for growth unlike any other. I have an array of skills that would make me a successful and valuable team member, including analytic abilities, working on small team projects, data review, and strong communication skills. In my current position as a Client Support Specialist at eMoney Advisor, LLC, I am responsible for managing a large number of inbound financial planning-related inquiries. This involves utilizing my issue resolutions skills to triage a problem in a coherent, knowledgeable, and efficient manner that leaves clientele knowing they had a positive experience. This translates to other opportunities because I demonstrate the ability to solve problems, determine effective resolutions, and communicate as necessary to an array of different personalities. While my direct experience is in the private financial section and client services, I strongly believe the skills I have developed during this time will translate directly over to contribute to the growing success of any future opportunities.
