My name is Ryan McKay and I am a software engineer.I have been creating and working with Electronic Health Records for seven years. During this time I have worked in numerous environments starting in Cache and XML, and working my way up to.NET and SQL. I have recently taken over as a lead in TechOps for our product. I help manage our software builds and create and update the jobs that automatically build testing sites for our teams.When a client has an issue with our product I am able to be on a call with them and help diagnose the issue and get them a fix for them in a courteous manner.At the end of our release cycles when the development is done, I help our QA team with their load to ship out our latest version. I enjoy all aspects of development. I take part in weekly calls with product managers to determine the level of effort of a development ticket so we can efficiently divide up our tickets.I have built up long and lasting relationships with my co-workers in all departments. I enjoy working with others and learning what I can from them.
