About Ryan Medlock

For over 20 years my career has been focused in the hardlines categories of the Canadian marketplace working with all manner of retail and industrial distribution including mass merchants, big box, on-line, independent and corporations both regional and national in scope. My past roles in marketing, whether it be a brand, product or channel gave me a great foundation to develop my skills as a National & Key account manager, and now as I evolve into a capable Manager or Director. Being a hands on individual I enjoy learning about my customers' and my own capabilities in distribution, supply, manufacturing and marketing while identifying our mutual capabilities and restrictions. This allows me to bring a well informed holistic and strategic approach to my customers and ultimately their customers, driving better solutions and more opportunities. I am focused on escalating my management experience, motivated to continue developing my own skills, and the skills of those around me. I intend to be a valuable resource for both the customers I serve and my own organization.
