I specialize in driving transformational change, optimizing capital investment, and aligning infrastructure delivery with long-term community outcomes. I thrive at the intersection of strategy, design, and execution—bringing creative solutions to complex infrastructure challenges. With over 18 years of experience across public and private sectors in Canada, I bring a unique blend of strategic insight, design thinking, and operational expertise to every challenge. My background spans architecture, urban planning, facility management, and corporate real estate—giving me a holistic view of how infrastructure can support organizational goals and community outcomes. Currently, I lead a team of 30 professionals who lead facility portfolio planning and facility program and project development for The City of Calgary, where together we focus on aligning infrastructure investment with long-term civic priorities, and preparing projects to be shovel ready. Our work includes portfolio and program management, facility project development, and change leadership—all grounded in a deep understanding of human factors and the impact of the built environment.
