I am passionate about business, strategy and the art of aligning interests to build mutually beneficial relationships. I have spent my career working with organizations that afforded me a 360 degree view of all aspects of a successful business. I firmly believe all functions must work together to create sustainable value, from operational functions such as finance and accounting, sourcing and procurement, manufacturing and distribution, to creative functions in product design and development and customer engagement. My experience in both small, nimble organizations and larger market leaders has allowed me to perfect best practices learned from each. This real world education has honed my skills to evaluate risk, think creatively to craft deals and solve complex problems, and lead teams toward efficient execution of the corporate vision. I have a background growing wholesale business within some of the biggest retailers in the world, including Walmart, Target, Costco, Lowe's, and Amazon. I also have a background in all functions of the ecommerce space, having built strategic plans for B2B business with online retail partners. Other experience includes negotiating and closing licensing deals with large consumer brands such as Disney, Hasbro and Nickelodeon.
