About Ryan Meltzer

I am passionate about helping businesses solve their high value marketing and sales problems. Over my career I have developed personal expertise in market research and analytics/modelling through my work as a market researcher and strategic consultant across many areas of financial services and energy industries. My main interests are primarily focused on customer experience/engagement (B2B and B2C) and their impact on larger business strategic objectives (e.g, churn). Through these efforts I have led database, forecasting, technology, and app-development projects across many stakeholders.My wide-ranging international experience puts me in a unique position to drive analytics-based customer engagement strategies from ideation and research through modelling and implementation. My research skills enable me understand the 'Voice of the Customer' while my consulting skills enable me bring this to life. My goal is to apply these skills to help clients better understand gaps in their delivery model to better achieve a sustainable relationship with customers.
