About Ryan Melville

With nine (9) years experience and a diversified portfolio ranging from Engineering Technician to General Manager - Operations, the experience received has indeed been invaluable. Currently, my portfolio dives into the world of Facilities Management within the Health Industry from a Civil Engineering point of view which provides a new challenge, which also means improved solutions. When I'm not on the job, I switch to my technical side which includes both architectural drawings and structural designs, because you don't ever want to lose all those great skills that was taught at university. Aside from that I love walking, jogging, catching a good movie and learning new civil engineering software. Overall, I'm a firm believer of two (2) ideologies- 1. Meshing the two aspects of designing and management since you can do both separately, but an understanding of both paints a whole new picture of truly understanding what a client needs and how to accomplish the task. You learn something new everyday.
