I've spent the better part of the last twenty years working a variety of positions supporting the secondary marketing and operational functions within residential mortgage lending units. Those experiences have included collaborating with the areas of loan origination, underwriting, processing, post closing, etc. to examine the status quo and search for process efficiencies. I'm a past real estate licensee, have previously executed FSBO transactions on my own homes and consider myself experienced in the math and mechanics of both existing and new construction residential real estate transactions. CAPM certified in AUG2021. I thoroughly enjoy the practice of process improvement regarding any lending related function. My greatest thrill in the workplace is being able to help make my co-workers job easier and more rewarding. Ultimately searching for a role that works towards the betterment of the customer and employee experience.
