About Ryan Mettner

Over a decade of expertise in high-growth, VC-backed companies in both technical/non-technical capacities. My most recent experience has centered around AI companies, and the art of scaling teams - analytically and diverse. What sets me apart is my relentless drive, combining world class insights around data with a genuine commitment to people. I believe that great teams are built on strong relationships and clear communication, and I’m dedicated to ensuring that every decision contributes to the overall success and culture of the organization. Additionally, I value the human element of recruiting and strive to create a cost-efficient and candidate-focused model that prioritizes a positive and transparent interaction for all. I've recently jumpstarted my own consulting operation, helping companies hire globally. Specialized in engineering and go-to-market verticals for AI and SaaS companies (all levels). Available on a contingent search or contract basis.
