I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 12+ years of experience in acute care and home health, with a growing focus on healthcare operations, workflow optimization, and system-level problem solving. Throughout my clinical career, I’ve developed a strong interest in how care delivery systems function—particularly where variability, inefficiency, and ambiguity impact both outcomes and clinician experience. Most recently, I designed and am leading a pilot initiative focused on standardizing infection control workflows in home care, with the goal of reducing variability, improving compliance clarity, and maintaining visit efficiency.
