My previous roles include serving as a Tier 3 Desktop Support Professional at the University of Colorado Boulder, where I ensured seamless IT operations and elevated customer satisfaction, as well as experience in videography and social media marketing. With certifications like JumpCloud Core Certified and Apple Certified iOS Technician, I bring a deep technical skillset that complements my marketing and project management expertise. My academic background in Cinema Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder and Film/Cinema studies from Oklahoma City Community College further fuels my passion for storytelling and visual communication.
