About Ryan Modesitt

Hello! My name is Ryan Modesitt and welcome to my LinkedIn page. Throughout my professional career, I have held many different positions and have been in many different departments at a natural gas distribution company called Spire, located in St. Louis, MO. I first started in the GIS and engineering departments, constructing engineering blueprints and maps for installation projects and maintenance of the company's natural gas pipeline infrastructure. I then moved to business analytics as a Business Analyst and worked on improving various business and system processes for many different applications including IBM Maximo, Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC & B), Salesforce, and Click Mobile and Click Schedule software. While I was a Business Analyst, I was also a part of a major 3-year mobile workforce and standardization project called Spire One. Some of the roles I fulfilled on the project included being a Scrum Master, QA Testing Lead, and Training Lead. For the past 2 years, I have been in application development and am currently a Product Owner on an agile team where I help lead a team of analysts and developers to improve our company's customer-facing portal called My Account (Liferay product).
