After pitching the business case to the C-Suite leadership team, I secured $1.4M in funding to expand the platform to Canada, and is projected to generate $7.4M in revenue over the next five years.Connect: As a side project during my time at BAT, I built a platform to link field employees with short-term projects at Head Office as a way to fill skill requirements for Project Managers, and provide field employees with Head-Office experience.
