About Ryan Morwick

I am the Director of Operations for a company called Peoples' Resource Hub. I'm a tech-savvy and experienced individual who has spent the last 15 years working in recruitment, human resources, administration, and healthcare. I have a long history with mental health and I have become an advocate for better supports for mental health in the workplace. Peoples’ Resource Hub, PRH was born over many cups of coffee at Faubourg in December 2022. All it took was a heartfelt conversation between friends and former colleagues Milena Sliz – CEO and Founder and Ryan Morwick – Director of Operations to put the company into motion. Our founding purpose for PRH is to disrupt the limited idea of Human Resources and the negativity it evokes around it. We want to introduce what HR could look and feel like when it is more empathetic, inclusive, and collaborative. After all, we are all human and we spend most of our waking hours at the workplace — why not make it as enjoyable as possible? Our aha moment was noticing the huge gap in the HR industry in British Columbia, Canada. Most HR companies are policy focused rather than people-oriented. So, we built PRH, a multicultural business boutique with a strategic, intelligent, creative, and above all, empathetic and humane team. PRH is where we make people, culture, diversity, and inclusion a priority. Our team brings their expertise in human resources, marketing, communications, and coaching to help organizations find their identity and truly make an impact in their area. We believe that everyone has something unique to contribute, not just at work, but in life. Through human resources, we get to explore people’s uniqueness and strengths to support them in becoming genuinely happy and productive individuals.
