With 2+ years of production experience building AI-integrated, database-driven web apps, I specialize in Python, Django, and PostgreSQL—but I’m also fluent in JavaScript, Node.js, and React.Before shifting into engineering, I spent over a decade in Talent Development—leading complex training initiatives in healthcare and finance. That experience honed my ability to think systemically, align stakeholders, and communicate technical ideas clearly. I realized I thought like a developer: mapping ADDIE to SDLC, spotting parallels with Agile, and continuously improving systems based on user feedback and data.
