With over 7 years of experience in managing global teams, and over a decade in tech and operations, I’m a people focused and driven leader who strives to deliver excellence in technical operations, with a passion for environmental sustainability. I am currently a Manager at LinkedIn, where I oversee a global support team for LinkedIn Sales Solutions Products, as well as leading the Go Green efforts for the Dublin office. In my current role, I leverage my skills in remote team management, data storytelling, program management, and stakeholder relationship building to ensure that we provide the best insights and solutions to our customers and partners, while meeting our strategic goals and exceeding our KPIs. I also empower and develop my team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth. I work as part of an org that is at the crest of the wave of GenAI and have led several initiatives to educate and excite our teams on this new technology. Additionally, I am actively involved in driving internal initiatives and events around environmental awareness, sustainability, and climate action, reporting to the global sustainability leadership and aligning with LinkedIn's mission and values.
