As a seasoned supply chain professional with over 15 years of experience in the automotive and consumer goods sectors, I specialize in driving operational efficiency and delivering measurable results in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and logistics modeling. My work in S & OP planning has empowered companies to reduce inventory levels by over $30M while enhancing service levels and improving fill rates. In addition to inventory management, I have successfully led the redesign of logistics networks, reducing annual transportation costs by $15M. My expertise is grounded in real-world application, having worked with diverse organizations to streamline their supply chain operations and unlock significant value. Currently with AlixPartners, I previously led supply chain optimization efforts at Nissan USA.
