About Ryan Ng

I am a Technical Consultant with over 10 years of experience in the Internet and education industry, and a recent graduate of the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate program. My goal is to leverage my network administration and help desk support skills, as well as my security mindset and attention to detail, to pursue a career as a Cybersecurity Analyst. In my previous role at HKIX, the leading Internet exchange point operator in Asia-Pacific, I was responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure and systems, providing technical support and troubleshooting to end users, and monitoring and optimizing the network performance and security. I also contributed to several projects involving server deployment, network upgrade, and application development. I hold a CCNA certification from Cisco, and a bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology from Coventry University.
