About Ryan Nguyen

Project management has been in use for hundreds of years, and there are two things that fascinate me most about project management. First, the challenge of communication in a way that persuades and engages all stakeholders in project objectives. Second, the application of knowledge and skills to manage project both effectively and efficiently. On my day-to-day work, I keep thinking why we have this project, how to obtain project objectives safely and what I need to optimize in order to make all stakeholders feel happy and satisfied. Previously, I worked for a PMO office as expeditor for 2 years. With bachelor of engineering degree, I mainly focus on gathering the technical project performance data and compiling project performance report. Those helped me to develop the business and data analysis skills and understood how organization styles effect to projects. Lately, I had almost 10 years working for 03 deferent global corporations where I involved in coordinating multimillions to mega oil and gas projects. Multiple projects were running simultaneously and in different phases and life cycles. I am also been trained with the highest personal professional development program. So, now, as certified PMP, I committed to continue improving my skill set with the combination of technical, leadership, and strategic and business management competency. Feel free to connect and share your professional expertise.
