About Ryan Nguyen

Ryan is an exuberant, hardworking and high achieving University of Technology Sydney graduate. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, majoring in Business Information Systems and he is seeking an entry position, desirably within Technical Support and Business Analysis where he can effectively utilize the knowledge gained from his degree and to advance his career in the IT industry. He recently achieved a Pearson score which is equivalent to an overall IELTS score of 9 out of 9. Ryan previously worked as a sales person/technical support and as an all - rounder at a computer shop and coffee shop respectively, where he has developed his knowledge in software and hardware along with the ability to liaise with customers. Ryan has a strong understanding in development methodologies including SDLC and Agile, various types of document such as requirements and use cases and the MS Office programs. His long term career goal is to become a Senior Business Analyst or a Project Manager.
