About Ryan Noell

I am an executive learning and development leader with more than 25 years of experience designing strategies that improve performance, strengthen culture, and deliver measurable business results. My focus is on creating content that makes the complex simple by turning subject matter expertise and stakeholder feedback into engaging courses, videos, and tools that employees can use immediately. Currently, I direct learning and development for Modern Performance + Recovery Brands, home to The Good Feet Store and other health and wellness brands. I launched The Good Feet Store Academy, a hybrid ed-tech platform powered by Absorb LMS, to support more than 300 franchise locations. This work combines scalable course design, video production, and content development with leadership coaching and team management to improve both efficiency and revenue across the organization. Earlier in my career, I held multiple leadership roles at POOLCORP, the world’s largest wholesale distributor of pool supplies. I built global learning strategies for employees across 12 countries, produced more than training videos, reduced costs by shifting content development in-house, and developed leadership programs that continue to have lasting impact. I am passionate about leading teams, motivating people to do their best work, and building learning solutions that inspire, save money, and drive growth.
