About Ryan Oconnor

When I was little my parents used to laugh at me when I got a new toy. I would play with it for a little while but inevitably I would ask my Dad for his tools so I could tear apart the new toy. It was always a joy to see how something worked and how I could improve on it. This led to a keen interest into seeing how hardware and systems work, and making it work for me. This passion continues today as we tear apart our old thoughts and look for innovation in all aspects of our lives. I have done many things in my career, but all have led me towards managing groups of people through times of change, This experience has shown me that my core values have lead me to where I am today and have proven that- I am a passionate leader - I love a challenge and strive for results - I am dedicated to finding the right solution - I think outside of the box - I am a people person and love to inspire others - I can do whatever I put my mind to I love discussing new ideas and looking for new approaches to common issues, if you want to bounce around some ideas contact me.
