Throughout my career, I have always sought to demonstrate exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, enabling me to overcome challenges and deliver results even under pressure. With a proven track record in inventory management, I have successfully overseen the integrity and accuracy of products in various settings. From managing a full bar's alcohol inventory to coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, I am skilled at resolving discrepancies, training new hires, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. During my time in the United States Army, I developed a deep appreciation for meeting set standards, critical thinking, and effective teamwork. Although my military career was cut short due to injuries sustained during training, I carry those valuable traits and experiences with me in all professional endeavors. As a machine operator, I consistently upheld startup and shutdown procedures, maintained product quality, and achieved above 100% production efficiency. In a leadership role as a production team lead and supervisor, I effectively coordinated production, ensured quality control, and fostered team cohesion while troubleshooting and collaborating with maintenance teams. In my recent roles as a logistics coordinator and planner at Elements International, I have gained extensive experience in working with various carriers and brokerage companies. I have successfully built and maintained relationships, ensured order accuracy and integrity, and solved complex problems related to planning, pickup, transit, and delivery. Additionally, I have focused on project development to improve operational processes, cultivating team cohesion, and creating and maintaining operational standard operating procedures (SOPs). My ability to foster excellent intercompany relationships with partners and sales representatives has contributed to the success of our logistics operations.
