Ryan Olsen is a 2023 graduate from Davenport University with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a specialty in Marketing. He is currently employed as General Manager at NCG Cinemas at their Gallatin location. When it comes to my skillset, Ryan prides himself in his overall people skills and ability to communicate with those who he serves + assists as well as those who he works with. He values his problem solving skills and ability to adapt to sudden changes in work environment in order to succeed. With his business and marketing degree he has learned key skills such as management of a business and others, marketing and promoting products/services to consumers, as well as analyzing data and finding new ways to optimize sales and efficiency. In addition he has learned Google Analytics and Google Ads that can help a business optimize their overall success. However none of these skills matter if a hard work ethic and great attitude isn’t applied which are skills Ryan values and applies the most in anything he does.
