About Ryan Olson

With deep roots in the Utah area, I’ve built my career working alongside some of the region’s top engineering and technology teams. I focus on making processes run smoother and more efficiently, whether that means improving toolsets, streamlining operations, or tackling challenges head-on. Most of my experience is in metrology and equipment management, where I’ve managed teams, handled vendor contracts, and led projects to install and qualify new tools. I’m comfortable with budgets, capital approvals, and making sure we get the most out of our resources. At Texas Instruments, Micron, and IM Flash, I took pride in helping my teams succeed-whether it was leading cost-saving projects, installing first-of-their-kind toolsets, or hiring and training new engineers and techs. I believe in working hard, being reliable, and building strong teams. I enjoy tackling tough challenges and finding practical solutions that help everyone do their best work.
