Basketball has always been more than just a game — it’s been my classroom, my proving ground, and my lifelong passion. As Head Coach at Carmel High School, I’ve had the privilege of leading one of Indiana’s premier programs, guiding teams to multiple state championships and helping young men grow into confident, capable leaders both on and off the court. At the heart of everything we do is culture — not just a buzzword, but something we live every day. It’s built in the early mornings, the silent commitments, the hard conversations, and the trust we earn over time. We hold each other to high standards, not just to win games, but to become better teammates, leaders, and people. That culture is our edge — and it’s our foundation. My coaching philosophy centers around discipline, leadership development, relentless effort, and accountability. I believe the habits we form in the gym directly shape who we become in life. Every practice, film session, or tough loss is a moment to teach, grow, and reinforce what we’re about. I’m proud of the championships we’ve won, but I’m even more proud of the environment we’ve built — where young men feel challenged, supported, and inspired to become the best version of themselves.
