My experience in research, coordination, and leadership has honed these skills, making me an asset to any team.As a former Peer Learning Coordinator at Mount Royal University, I led and managed over 140 student volunteers, fostering an environment of growth and support while facilitating effective communication channels between the department and volunteers. In my previous role as a Research Assistant, I conducted extensive literature reviews, designed experiments, and presented my findings to the Faculty of Science and Technology.
